ghost stories and funnel cake

I went to the National Storytelling Festival in my hometown Jonesborough, TN this past weekend. I wore this cozy little ensemble to listen to ghost stories on Saturday night; It was held outdoors around this lovely gazebo. Jonesborough itself is filled with it's own stories of hauntings and such; It's the oldest town in Tennessee.  This big vintage sweater from the 90's was the perfect thing to wear while listening to ghost stories on a chilly night. And I must say that I'm a huge lover of ghost stories. Growing up, my friends and I would roam my small town with antique lanterns from my mom's collection (it really ups the scare-factor) and scope out ghosts in the windows of the old townhouses and invent our own haunting tales. I still have my enormous collection of books on the paranormal and such; It's had a huge influence on my photography, too.
